To claim your money back, you will need a picture or a scan of your receipt before you start the claim process. The picture needs to clearly show your receipt details, including; the date of purchase, the retailer and product purchased. Please ensure that your picture is less than 5MB in size and is in one of the following formats – JPG, GIF or PNG. Please keep a copy of your receipt.
You will also need to submit a statement explaining in no less than 15 words why you are dissatisfied with the NIVEA Cleansing product purchased.
NOTE: You may claim your money back on one eligible NIVEA product only, per household. In the event that multiple products have been purchased, you will only receive your money back on the most expensive product purchased in the first claim.
Open to Australian & New Zealand residents only aged 18+. The promotional period commences at 12.01am AEST/NZST on 15 July 2019 and closes at 23.59pm AEST/NZDT on 30 September 2019. Submit receipt online. Claimants may only submit a Claim at the earliest 24 hours after purchase, and at the latest, by 23.59pm AEST/NZDT on 1 October 2019 for any purchase on 30 September 2019.
