To claim your money back, you will need a picture or a scan of your receipt before you start the claim process. The picture needs to clearly show your receipt details, including; the date of purchase, the retailer and product purchased. Please ensure that your picture is less than 1MB in size and is in one of the following formats – JPEG, PNG or PDF. Please keep a copy of your receipt.
You will also need to submit a statement explaining in no less than 15 words why you are dissatisfied with the NIVEA Face Anti Age product purchased.
NOTE: You may claim your money back on one eligible NIVEA product only, per household. In the event that multiple products have been purchased, you will only receive your money back on the most expensive product purchased in the first claim.
Open to Australian residents only aged 18+. The promotional period commences at 12.01am AEST on 30 August 2018 and closes at 23.59pm AEDT on 31 October 2018. Submit receipt online. Claimants may only submit a Claim at the earliest 4 weeks after purchase, and at the latest, by the end of 8 weeks after the date of purchase, or by 23.59pm AEDT on 26 December 2018 for any purchase on 31 October 2018. One product claim per household only. Money back via prepaid VISA card.
