Q1. How do I submit a claim for the NIVEA Anti Age Money Back Promotion?

Simply purchase an eligible product from a participating store (within Australia) between 12.01am AEDT on the 01/02/2018 and 23.59pm AEDT on the 15/03/2018.

To make a claim, within the claim period:

  • Visit www.nivea.com.au/Antiagemoneyback and follow the links to access the claim form
  • Complete the claim form in full online, ensuring you provide all of the requested details
  • Explain in no less than fifteen (15) words why you are dissatisfied with the eligible product; and
  • Upload a clear image of the receipt for the purchase of the eligible product

Q3. How many times can I enter the NIVEA Anti Age Money Back Promotion?

You can only enter once, per household. The promoter will accept a maximum of one (1) claim per household. If a consumer purchases several eligible products, the most expensive one will be reimbursed.

Q4. How will my claim be validated?

You will be asked to supply a copy of your purchase receipt by scanning or taking a photograph of the receipt and uploading it as an attachment onto the web page. In order for your claim to be validated, the submitted receipt must include: an eligible product, the store it was purchased from, the purchase price and purchase date.

Q5. How will I receive my NIVEA Anti Age Money Back claim?

Your VISA Gift Card will be dispatched to the address you supplied on the online claim form within 28 consecutive days of the date of your claim being received, verified and found valid.

Q6. What personal information will I need to provide to receive my NIVEA Anti Age Money Back claim?

To receive your NIVEA Anti Age Money Back, you will need to provide your name and postal address. It is the responsibility of the claimant to ensure the correct address information is provided.

Q7. What do I do if I do not receive my VISA Gift Card?

Please ensure you have allowed 28 consecutive days. If you have not yet received your VISA Gift Card after this period, please contact Customer Service on 1800 914 332 and reference NIVEA Anti Age Money Back Promotion.

Q8. How do I activate my VISA Gift Card?

Your card must be activated within 3 months of the date printed on the letter provided with your VISA Gift Card. This can be done by visiting ichoosegift.mycardplace.com and entering the card number.

Q9. I bought my NIVEA product before the 1st of February 2018. Can I still claim?

No. This offer is only valid on purchases of eligible products made between 12.01am AEDT on the 01/02/2018 and 23.59pm AEDT on the 15/03/2018.

Q10. How long is my VISA Gift Card valid for?

The VISA Gift Card must be activated within 3 months from the date on the letter provided with your Gift Card, and is valid for 12 months from the date of activation. Any Gift Card which has passed its 3 months activation period, or has expired 12 months after activation will not be replaced, refunded or extended.

Q11. How do I use my VISA Gift Card?

Once the Gift Card has been activated, it will be loaded the following business day with the amount paid for the participating product as shown on your receipt.
The VISA Gift Card can be used anywhere that accepts VISA respectively. 
Once activated you can use your card at any VISA terminal by swiping, selecting credit and entering the 4 digit PIN.

Q12. How long after my purchase can I claim?

You may only submit a claim at the earliest, 4 weeks after purchase, and at the latest, by the end of 8 weeks after the date of purchase, or by 23.59pm AEST on 10 May 2018 for any purchase on 15 March 2018.
